Terms and Conditions

1. The programme has a time limit of 1 hour, please log in on the platform 15 minutes before the programme starts. Latecomers can still login to the platform during the programme time limit, but participation time will be reduced.
2. Prepare a desktop or laptop computer with an up-to-date web browser. Phones and tablets are NOT supported.
3. For the best experience, we encourage participants to wear headphones and have a microphone available (or the built-in mic on laptop).
4. For the best real-time experience, we suggest participants use WiFi or ethernet to connect to the internet. Cellular connections may experience slower reaction times.
5. For the best experience, please make sure you device is equipped with the above conditions.
6. Please note that the programme will be recorded, as photographs, videos and screen capture images for promotional and archival purposes.
7. Any personal data collected will be safely deleted after the whole programme is finished and ROOFTOP will ever pass any data to a third party.

8. As this is a public platform, we hope all participants can abide by the following rules. If there is any content that violates the rules (including text, uploaded photos, images, videos, etc.), ROOFTOP reserves the right to block, hide, or delete any of the related content and block participants who violate the rules without arranging any ticket refund:

   • Information which is irrelevant to the platform
   • Offensive statements against any culture, race, religion or gender
   • Messages with indecent and abusive language, anger, slander, harassment, threats, personal attacks, violence or pornography
   • Disclosure of any personal information
   • Any information that violates Hong Kong laws or abets others to violate the law
   • Spreading fake, misleading, or false information
   • Distributing marketing or promotional information without the consent of ROOFTOP
   • Information violating any intellectual property
   • intentionally damaging the remote car or the objects onsite
   • All rights reserved by ROOFTOP regarding the abovementioned rules violating behaviour
   • Disclaimer: Before clicking into links that are sent by other participants on our platform, which leads you to external websites provided by other organizations, your must be aware that the information posted on such websites is and its network security is NOT guaranteed and provided by us. ROOFTOP will not be responsible for the content of any external pages and will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the use of such links.

9. This programme contains strong language.
10. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
